When will my order ship?
It usually takes us about a week to ship out orders.
Why hasn't my USPS tracking status updated?
We sometimes print labels a few days before packages are mailed out since, it can take several days to pack orders. E-mail notifications are sent as soon as we print out the label, however. Also sometimes USPS doesn't scan items for a while, so it can take sometime for tracking status to update.
How much is shipping?
- Shipping cost varies based on weight and location. All items are shipped from Washington state.
- You can see how much it will cost in checkout before you pay.
What is your return policy?
- You have 30 days to return an order after receiving it.
- If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please contact us at email@example.com before returning the item.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, you must cover the cost of the return
- The sale of all discounted items are final.
Instructions for returning goods
- If you wish to make a return, send us an e-mail containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and which items you would like to return.
- Ship the items for return within 14 days of the date of the notification.
- You are responsible for any damage to the goods during the return shipment. It is highly recommended that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original packaging.
- Provide a tracking number for the return shipment if possible.
- If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
- If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.

My package is damaged, missing, etc. What do I do?
If the product is lost or you notice that the item has been damaged during transport upon receiving the product, please contact us immediately.
In the case that you chose shipping that includes tracking and you do not receive your package within 2 months, please contact us. We will replace your missing items but we require that you pay shipping. If your shipping does not include tracking then we cannot take responsibility for your package.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
